This paper was prepared by the EAP Task Force Secretariat in order to facilitate the discussion at the international multi-stakeholder meeting which will take place on 13-14 March 2007 in Brussels. The workshop seeks to review progress in implementing environmental policies in EECCA countries and to identify priority areas for reform after the Belgrade Conference.
