The second scientific report “Climate Change 2007: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability” that provides a comprehensive analysis on how climate change is affecting nature and human systems, and how adaptation and mitigation can reduce such influence, was presented by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in Brussels on April 6, 2007. Specific chapters of the report are devoted to climate change impacts on different ecosystems, economic sectors and world regions.
