RREC Structure and staff
The RREC has five functional departments:
An Executive Department;
Executive Director Work description A Finance and Administration Department; Finance and Administration Manager Work description Accountant Work description Office Secretary Work description An IT and Communication Department; IT and Communication Officer Work description An Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development Department; Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development Administrator Work description A NGO Development and Public Awareness Department. NGO's Development and Public Awareness Administrator Work description The presented structure below allows the RREC to start up in a flexible and efficient manner. Two positions (accountant, cleaner ) can be occupied on a project or part-time basis. The total number of staff including the Executive Director is expected to be 10. Taking into account future growth of the RREC activities, the overall organisational structure and job descriptions shall be flexible for a smooth headcount increase. Legal, personnel and cleaning services can be outsourced in order to reduce staff cost.
